Hello, my name is Anderson Baker. I became a student of Grand Master MacEachern at Tecumseh Taekwon-Do eleven years ago when I was only five years old. I currently hold the rank of 4th Degree Black Belt. Taekwon-Do is my life's passion and led me to my passion for teaching others and making a positive difference in people's lives. I have seen Taekwon-Do help people overcome challenges and obstacles like self-esteem, learning challenges, and bullying. Taekwon-Do has given me strength and confidence. Because of Taekwon-Do I have learned respect, self control, integrity, and perseverance. I believe everyone should do Martial Arts because it is as much about becoming a great person as it is about self defense.
Outside of Taekwon-Do I play football and wrestle at Saint Annes High School, I enjoy lifting weights, and I have cross trained in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and kickboxing. Throughout my career in Taekwon-Do I have met fantastic people and traveled to great places for tournaments where I won medals and learned important lessons. Because of my love for Taekwon-Do and the skills I have obtained I plan to stay in it my entire life hoping to have a school of my own one day.
